Maple Island Lookout is on the shores of Lake Superior approximately 45 km north of Sault Ste. Marie. We are offering a camp (as cottages are called in our area) with 3 bedrooms, 3 pc bath (shower), open concept kitchen and family room in a rustic setting on a lot well treed with 100 foot frontage. Kitchen and bath linens are supplied as well as a well equiped kitchen for 5-7 people. Please bring your own bath linens. The road is paved to our circular gravel drive. The shoreline is sandy, but there are stones in the lake - we recommend water shoes. The camp was built in the 1970''s and we have recently purchased it as a rental and updated while trying to keep the coziness of the era. We think you will enjoy the peacefulness of our spot where you can sit back and relax or if you choose take in activities within a 45 km radius.
