A comfortable OLDER cottage on the bank of the Crowe River located within 2 1/2 hours of Toronto. The town of Marmora is only 4.5 km. This is a SMALL cottage, and would be perfect for 2-4 persons. There are TWO bedrooms, each room contains a double bed. A ceiling fan in each bedroom. Additional sleeping is available in the DETACHED bunkie, which has twin beds, and a roll-a-way cot. There is no plumbing in the bunkie. There is NO beach, but a cleared shoreline. The river entry becomes deep very quickly, and is NOT suitable for young children. The cottage has electric heating in all rooms, and a 3 piece bathroom on a septic system. A million dollar view of the Callahan Rapids. There is a dock. A pedal boat and row boat are included for fishing, and exploring the river. |
