RENTAL PRICING Villa La Perla Negra is a two story structure The ground floor has 5 bedrooms and kitchen lounge the second floor has 5 bedrooms and kitchen lounge You may choose to rent one floor separately semi private or rent the entire Villa If you choose to rent semi private you do it with the knowledge that the other floor will be available for rent to a second party from $5250 for a weekly rentals depending on number guest in your party and time of season 3 day minimum Monthly rates starting at $35000 Special bookings and rates weddings day conferences sport viewing and other special events Prices are in US dollars and depend upon booking private total villa or semi private one floor Prices do not include 16% Government tax and fees or additional staffing Please call for rates All pricing is subject to change without notice Additional services Optional Shopping service $125 Private cook $5 a person a day min $25 a day Private guide translator with car $1400 a week Private guide translator without car $ 600 a week Payment and Deposit Requirements You may qualify for our VLPN special discount pricing There are no cash refunds In the event of a cancellation or change of rental dates the following is the official policy of Villa La Perla Negra To be eligible for a refund of any kind a cancellation request MUST be made prior to 60 days before arrival date If Villa La Perla Negra can rent the previously booked cancelled dates to another client VLPN will issue a credit for a future booking equal to 90% of the amount paid for the original dates booked This credit will be valid for a period of 360 days from the date of the original booking However the official policy is that no refunds or credits are available for holiday & special booking dates During holiday periods credits may be available if the villa is rented to another client If the villa is rented to another client during a holiday period a credit will be issued in the amount of 80% of the amount paid for the original dates booked and this credit shall be valid for a period of 180 days from the date of the original booking In the event Villa La Perla Negra is unable to rent the originally booked cancelled changed dates to another client no refund or credit is available during holiday periods and special booking dates A minimum deposit of 50% of the full rental amount is required at time of reservation Please make your US dollar check or international money order drawn on a US bank payable to Villa La Perla Negra or contact us for wire instructions
