The Villa Rosa is placed just outside the Reserve of the Zingaro, the nature reserve famous for its stunning beaches and mountainous scenery, it is near the village of Scopello. The villa offers a holiday of immense tranquiility in the Sicilian countryside, but only 2 km from the beach and 3 km to the Reserve. This beautiful and immensely private villa, is surrounded by a walled tropical garden, full of bougainvillea and jasmine. The garden is the pride of its owner and is scented with lemon and pine trees. Here there are all the fruits of a tropical garden.

The villa has a spacious, air conditioned interior. The living room opens with sliding glass doors to the terrace and the garden beyond. There is satelite tv. The kitchen is well equiped and has a washing machine. There are 3 bedrooms. The first has a double bed and bathroom ensuite, the second two twin beds, the third 2 bunk beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The house has an enormous veranda outside the kitchen with a huge table to eat out, under the trellises of jasmine.

Between Saint Vito Capo and Scopello, along the coast that the Greeks called "Cetaria" for the abundance of the tunna fish in the sea, and over mountains extends the Reservoir Natural of the Gypsy , one of most famous in Italy.
The Palm Dwarf is the symbol of this nature reserve, where there are seven linear kilometers of coast and nearly 1,700 hectares of uncontaminated nature.
Because this zone is called "gypsy" is not known, historical sources indicate the presence of a colony of Lombards in C XIII .

The seven kilometers of coast is impossible to describe, such is its beauty: the small bays paved from candid pebbles that roll in a sea that paints all the many tones of green ,must be seen to appreciate them.
The reservoir must be visited only on foot, nothing must disturb the group of forty species of birds that nest (between these the Aquila of the Bonelli, the Poiana, the Nibbio, the Gheppio) and the endemic fauna here. Many plants that grow here are rare and characteristic of the zone; the trees that live on the slopes of the reliefs that fall back in the reservoir are carob trees, olive trees,and frassini, The Gypsy is famous for its sea of an intense blue, its "calette" or beaches, silent and protected by cliffs which peak where the hawk soar in the search of prey, for its limpid sea, rich of fish and submarine coves.
There are three bedrooms: the first is a double room with communicating bathroom, in the second room there are two single beds, in the third room there are two single bad one over the other, also in the hall there is a divan bed, than we can receive seven persons.
