Luxury airconditioned beach villa, Athens area, near port of Rafina where day trips to Greek Islands are offered.

Villa Artemis is made up of two apartments. The main apartment can be rented alone, sleeping then 5 persons, or together with the first floor apartment, sleeping then a total of 9 persons. The first floor apartment is not rented out alone - only with the main appatment if desired.

The main apartment is on the second and third floors. On the second floor, which is open plan style, you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen with ample seating, a well furnished lounge area with an open fire-place, TV, video, DVD and radio/cd player, an elegant didning area, a wc and a store-room. A marble staircase leads from the garden to a spacious balcony and the entrance door. Two further balconies lead out from the kitchen and the dining area. An inside spiral staircase takes you up to the third floor where you will find two bedrooms, one with a sea view and two single beds, another with a double futon, a full bathroom and a store-room. Both bedrooms have balconiees. A roll-away bed provides further sleeping for one and can be used anywhere in the house. Another set of marble stairs leads up to the roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the view of the Aegean Sea and mountains.

The first floor apartment has three bedrooms, one with two singles and two with a single bed each, a lounge/kitchen and a full bathroom. Here you will find a second Sat TV, fridge/freezer, electric oven and grill.

An outside room houses the washing machine and drier. All rooms have central heating and hot water is unlimited.

The fenced in gated grounds (approx 550 sq mt)provide plenty shadow. You will find a bbq, ample garden furniture and secure parking. It is ideal for children to play in and is in a very safe area.

The villa is situated in Loutsa, a lively little coastal town with a small harbour for private boats and yachts. You will be just 10 minutes walk from the beach where the crystal waters of the Aegean invite you to swim, snorkel, surf, dive, sail or just sunbathe! The water is shallow for a long way out so child and non swimmer friendly. During the evenings or the cooler season take a relaxing walk along the beach and admire the views - you can see right the way to Evia.The beach is never overcrowded, not even in the high season. Along the coast road you will find lots of taverns all serving traditional Greek dishes for very reasonable prices. All welcome families. Bars clubs and discos bring the nights to life for those who wish to dance the night away.

A super market, bakers and other small shops are all within 5 to 10 minutes walking distance from the house. The bus stop is 5 minutes away. Loutsa town centre is 30 minutes. The long main streets welcomes you to browse around the boutiques and local shops or sit in the beachside cafes and enjoy a drink and the local fare. In Loutsa everything is open all year round so this is a whole year round holiday spot.

From Rafina, 5km away, the ferries sail to several of the Greek Islands. Day trips to Mykonos, Andros and Evia are offered. The whole coastline abounds with pituresque small towns and secluded spots to swim and sunbathe.

Athens, 20 km away, is very easy to reach with bus and metro. The bus stop is 5 minutes away. Athens is not only rich in Greek history but also offers traditional markets, elegant shops, restaurants of all kinds, galleries, exhibitions, concerts, museums, parks etc. Athens has something for evreybody all year round.

Other spectacular excursions include Mycenae, Delphi, Epidavros, Marathon, Cape Sounion, Corinth, Napflio and many more. A tour of Peleponese is unforgettable.

Athens airport is just 30 minutes away with hire car or taxi but we can arrange airport transport.
