The apartment area is 33m2, plus a 5m2 balcony. Relax in the sun on the balcony with table and chairs and a view over the river. The apartment has been newly decorated, furnished, and equipped to the highest quality including an LCD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and a range of English books.
