This cosy holiday home was recently renovated with much loving care in the beginning of 2006. It has a quiet location in the historical centre of Antalya. The little house disposes of an open kitchen, a bathroom, a living-room with a fire stove, and a sleeping-room with a wooden balcony. At the back, there is a little garden with a covered sitting area (sun-loungers, barbecue). Within only 5 minutes you reach the rocky beach of Kaleici (old town centre). The other two beaches of Antalya (Konyaalti, Lara, each with sandy beach ) are about half an hour away and can easily be reached with public transport. Right next to the house, there are a lot of small groceries where you can get all basic food and drinks. For more extended shopping there are also bigger supermarkets about half an hour�s ride away. Within only 10 minutes walking there is the local market where you can get fresh fruit, vegetables, fish etc. In the old centre of Antalya (Kaleici) you will find a lot of attractive little caf�s and restaurants, an especially charming spot is the old marina with many fish restaurants. Ground floor: open kitchen (coffee machine, breakfast table, gas stove with oven, toaster, juicer), bathroom (shower, toilette). 1st floor: living-room (seating unit with additional sleeping facility for 1-2 persons, couch table, fire stove, chest of drawers), sleeping-room (double bed, airco). The old centre of Antalya is also the ideal starting-point for daily excursions to the nearby sightseeing places: Thermessos (ca. 25 km), Perge (ca. 20 km), Aspendos (ca. 30 km, famous opera festival in the summer!), several mountainous national parcs (ca. 40 km). If you want to rent a car, there is a big choice of rent-a-cars in the old centre of Antalya.
