Our luxurious, fifth-floor condominium is located right on Flamingos Beach (the most beautiful in all Vallarta). Our condo is located in the main building (newly completed in 2005), and is one of the best units in the entire complex. Come and enjoy wall-to-wall views of the ocean, see the sun''''s evening descent into the pacific ocean, and see why Nuevo Vallarta is one of the most popular vacation destinations. Your stay in our new and beautifully furnished condominium will be lavished with luxury!

*AMENITIES: This spacious and fully-equipped condominium has a king bed in the master where you will fall asleep to superb sunset/ocean views and the sound of crashing waves. The second bedroom has two twin beds (combine to make a king) with tennis court and mountain views.The marble bathrooms provide comfort, beauty and privacy, and even a soaking tub in the master! There is a flatscreen color satellite TV, DVD and stereo/CD player. For the executive traveler who wishes to stay in touch while away, our unit is equipped with wireless satellite internet connection. Boogie boards, snorkling equipment, childrens floaties, and sandcastle building tools ensure fun in the sun (for the young and old), and are located in our utility closet.

*Create a feast in our fully-equipped kitchen (with granite countertops), and dine outdoors on our large private terrace while you watch the magnificent Mexican sunset night after night. On-site laundry service is also available upon request.

*Every room has its own air conditioner and each can be set independently for varying comfort level in every room. With breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains through every window, you will never want to leave.

*ACTIVITIES: Two gorgeous swimming pools (and a kiddie pool), two hot tubs, the beach out your front door, two party/barbecue huts for your enjoyment, tennis courts, miniature golf, fitness room, and access to many other amenities, you do not have to leave! With onsite security present 24/7 and a gated entrance, you will be taken care of by a security team that will help you with everything from baggage to finding that hidden beach or restaurant you heard about.

*The best beach in the Puerto Vallarta area - wide, clean, and a gentle slope into the water. There are outdoor showers, palapas and lounge chairs near the water. Approximately 1/4 mile up the beach are rentals including all of the sports equipment you could possibly use including: jet-skis, sail boats, windsurfers, kayaks, and horses.

*SHOPPING: Conveniently located at the nearby Paradise Village Plaza, where you will find a grocery store, deli, ice cream and coffee shops, several casual restaurants, two internet cafes, a bank, an ATM, and a number of retail clothing shops. More formal restaurant dining can be found in the Marina complex as well as the neighboring hotels. Other extensive shopping selections can be had a short drive away, at a Wal-Mart Super Store (with groceries)and several large shopping plazas adjacent to the main highway. With Puerto Vallarta less than a 15-minute taxi ride, many elegant restaurants, galleries, jewelry stores, and boutiques can be found to suit the most sophisticated tastes.
