Nightly rates are as follows: Single Occupancy is $80 a night - Sunday through Wednesday. Single Occupancy is $110 a night - Thursday through Saturday. Double Occupancy is $10 extra per night. The four person rate is $100 per night - Sunday through Wednesday. The four person rate is $140 per night - Thursday through Saturday. Weekly rates are as follows: Single Occupancy is $530 a week. Double occupancy is $580 a week.

Description

The Arts Retreat is located in the downtown Historic Quapaw District of Little Rock. It has a private living room with a sofa bed, a full size antique Iron bedstead in a separate bedroom, a full size kitchen and bath. The apartment has over a thousand square feet of private living space. Sleeping arrangements for up to six can be arranged within the apartment. The Arts Retreat comes alive with all original artwork, many pieces may be purchased. The apartment is located within a six thousand square foot brick craftsman style house, built in the late 1890's. Over the years it has been used as a private home, a radio station, and business offices. In 2000, the house was purchased by its current owners and the slow renovations began. It is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, within two miles of The Arkansas Art Center, The Governor's Manson, The River Market and Clinton Library
