Reno airport is 1.5 hours away, the casinos are fifteen minutes away and Heavenly Ski Resort (which Vail just purchased for $40 million) is only ten minutes away. There are also two golf courses, Fallen Leaf Lake (kayaking, sailing, motor boating) and of course, Lake Tahoe. The hiking, roller blading and bicyling are the best anywhere.
