Newport Beach Luxury, 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath, condo in private gated community. The condo has over 1200 sq. ft with views of the ocean and city lights from every room. Marble gas fireplace and floors.
The condo is completely furnished with all the towels, linens, beach towels, dishes, etc., that will make you feel right at home. There's even a washer and dryer that you don't have to feed quarters into. We've also included extras like chairs, umbrella, beach mats and two bikes. You won't have to pay extra to rent these items at the beach.
This is a quiet commuity on 20 acres of well manicured, beautifully landscaped grounds. Two swimming pools, two hot tubs, large workout room and tennis courts.
