Weekend rentals are subject to availability at participating properties and are accepted no sooner than 15 days prior to arrival date. Holiday rates for Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years' Eve may be higher than published rates.

Located at the East end of Alligator Point between the Gulf of Mexico and Alligator Harbor, the "Fish House" offers guests to unwind with views of two bodies of water. Each of the 4 bedrooms are decorated in a colorful seaside style. Two bedrooms offer one King bed each and the two remaining bedrooms offer 3 queens. Guests of the house are welcome to use the dock access for fishing located across the street. However, the boat lift is not open to guests. All linens are furnished. The kitchen is well-appointed and includes ample silverware. This comfortable coastal home includes: Dock for fishing, extra large open air porch/sun deck, charcoal grill, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Central Air, fully furnished kitchen and all linens included. Stroll miles of unpopulated beaches and relax with the incredible sunsets from the deck.
