Plenty to do in this Florida West Coast beach community including dolphin watch & shelling cruises, parasail rentals, great shops & restaurants. Driving distance to many great attractions and theme parks. Or take the trolley that stops right in front of the condo and takes you anywhere on Gulf Blvd. from Clearwater to St. Pete.

Newer condo (built in 2001) has everything you will need for a great beach vacation. You can sit on your private balcony and watch the boats go by while the sun is setting over the Gulf of Mexico, drop a fishing line off of your private fishing pier on the Intercoastal, or rent jetskis!
