This is a great place for a family looking for an affordable vacation. It has all ammenties needed-2pools (1 located on the Indian River with a Jacuzzi and the other located only a few feet from the Atlantic Ocean).This is a gated community with 24 hour security. It offers a gameroom for kids and all the activities (boccee ball,tennis, shuffleboard,pool tables,miniature golf,basketball court, etc.) needed to keep the kids and adults happy and its FREE. There are 2 snack shop located on this man made island and it also offer a great restaurant just in case you're looking for a great place to eat. Our home is a 1 bedroom which has a full and twin size bed. The sunroom offers a queens size pull out sofa bed. There is a sofa in the living room for someone else. Has a full kitchen, small but has everything needed (you just need to provide your own food). Also it has a washer and drier so no need to go to the laundramat.
