RENTAL INFORMATION
7-night minimum stay (5-6 nights sometimes available)
Check out: by 10am (late check-outs occasionally available but please don�t count on it).
Check in: after 3pm (unless by prior arrangement).

PAYMENT TERMS
We ask for 50% of the total rental amount on booking to reserve the apartment. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
We also ask for a $200 damage deposit, payable by check at the time of 2nd payment and fully refunded within 1 week of departure if there is no damage or loss.
We take Visa and MC, travelers� checks, money orders or bank wire transfers. We also take personal checks if more than 30 days prior to arrival.

Sugar Beach Apartment is a luxurious brand new 1-bedroom apartment a short walk to Sugar Beach - a long white sandy beach which stretches all the way from Maalea to Kihei. Located in a peaceful upscale neighborhood in north Kihei, you will be within easy reach of all island activities, shops & dining. Features include mountain and garden views, air-conditioning and high speed internet.

500 sq foot Sugar Beach Apartment is an immaculately clean and luxurious ''''home away from home'''', equipped with everything we could think of for your Maui vacation, including snorkel gear, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers. It has a private patio, private entry and off-street parking.

Amenities include: very quiet air-conditioning plus ceiling fans, free Road Runner high speed internet, cal king bed with optional pillowtop, 500 thread count cotton sheets, your own washer/dryer, telephone (private line), cable TV, VCR/DVD player, CD player, and a fully-equipped kitchen including full size refridgerator + ice-maker and oven. A upscale apartment with tile floors, carpeted bedroom, granite countertops, brand-new GE appliances, shower and tub. Accommodates up to 2. Strictly non-smoking.

Your refridgerator will be stocked with breakfast items sufficient for at least 2 days: tropical fruits croissants, muffins, bagels & pastries (you choose), milk, half & half and a variety of teas and Hawaiian coffee. We also provide an information pack to help you make the most of your vacation: snorkel maps, activities, beaches info, �must dos�, our favorite restaurants etc.

LOCATION:
Sugar Beach apartment is centrally located. Only 10 minutes from Kahului airport and an ideal location for seeing the whole island as well as enjoying the nicest swimming, snorkelling and boogie boarding beaches on the south shore (Kihei, Wailea and Makena) and the west shore (Lahaina, Kaanapali and beyond). The north shore (where windsurfing and big wave surfing happens in the winter) is also easily accessible (20-25 minutes away) and day trips to Hana and Haleakala volcano are feasible from here.

Whale-watching trips leave from Maalea boat harbor (5 minutes away) in the winter and snorkel trips to Molokini leave from Kihei and Maalea year round.
