Availability and Rates

Calendar Check availability for all units ACCOMMODATIONS are generally for two people, if exception is made 15/n for each person. Each place has a full kitchen but no breakfast is provided. Maid service is available on longer stays at additional cost if requested in advance. Laundry facilities are provided. RATES One Bedroom $95/night + tax STUDIO $75/night + tax (accommodation tax 11.42%) One week minimum stay. (add $35 fee if a less than one week exemption is made). HIGH SEASON December 15-April 1 One Bedroom 115n Studio 85n Plus tax Bookings that include Christmas or New Years in them must be at least two weeks long. MONTHLY RATES start at 6 weeks and are available on request. TO RESERVE ACCOMMODATIONS: You call, fax or E-mail credit card info as security to hold, but actual payments by check please (unless international guests). We will respond with a confirmation and a liability waiver form. You will mail the liability form and a check for 50% payable to Haiku Palms, 669 E. Kuiaha Rd., Haiku, HI, 96708. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 60 days prior to arrival, the balance is due upon booking. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATION AND CHANGE POLICY: Full amount less 10% prior to 45 days. No refund after 45 days (unless rebooked). If rebooked then 50% refund. There is a 50$ charge for change in dates after on week from confirmation.

Description

Our property is located in a peaceful, tropical countryside setting on the magnificent north shore of Maui. You enter this two-acre estate through a
palm-lined driveway. It is spotted with 19 types of fruit trees, blooming shade
trees, and over one hundred species of labeled rare palm trees. From the
property, you''ll have a beautiful sweeping views of the ocean, the West Maui mountains, Haleakala, and spectacular Hawaiian sunsets.

Our 800 square foot, one bedroom has a spacious living room and fully-equipped
large kitchen. There is a California king bed and quality queen sofa couch. The house is tucked into the hillside and has large surrounding decks, which provide for exceptional privacy. It is surrounded by three 12-foot sliding glass doors so you may enjoy views that go on forever.

Our studio cottage is surrounded by lush, evergreen trees and is very private,
with the usual sounds of the wind through the trees and the birds singing.
You''ll have everything you need: beautiful full teak kitchen, full bath, queen bed, a huge walk-in closet and coolers and beach chairs.

Nearby Attractions:

The Island''s top windsurfing beach, perhaps the worlds, Ho''okipa, is five
minutes away and Jaws, of awesome repute, is at the bottom of the street. One of Hawaii''s great sand and swimming beaches, Baldwin, is ten minutes away. We are one mile off the road to Hana and five minutes from waterfalls and hiking. There are two historic towns, Haleakala Crater, botanical parks and great restaurants nearby.

Haiku itself is the pineapple center of Maui. Old canneries have been converted into artist shops and local craft manufacturing. There is shopping and excellent restaurants within five minutes from our grounds. You'll find it's very quiet here. The usual sounds are the wind blowing and the birds singing. The islands top wind surfing beach, perhaps the worlds, Ho'okipa, is five minutes away and Jaws, of awesome repute, is at the bottom of the street. One of Hawaii's great sand and swimming beaches, Baldwin, is ten minutes away. We are one mile off the road to Hana and five minutes from waterfalls and hiking.
