This outstanding family vacation rental is an enchanting - spacious, 1,300 square-foot lakehome situated on Koroni''''''''s Northshore (also known as the Gold Coast). The homes interior has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a Kitchen, living room, dining room, and a Den. The kitchen is fully equiped with a full fridge, stove, lots of cupboard storage space and overlooks the lovely deck and garden. The home has forced-air heat and central air-conditioning. The homes family room has a wood burning see-thru fireplace and spectacular panoramic views of the lake and the islands.

Living room amenities include a beautiful two-sided fireplace (viewed from living & dinning rooms), two full-sofas, two swivel rockers, color/cable TV, VCR/DVD and the view! the view! the view!

The private master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, private bathroom, cable TV, and a grand view of the lake. The guest bedroom is private with a queen-size bed, a view of the see-through fireplace and a full private bathroom with a tub.

The den has a full-size pull-out sofa (very comfortable - no bar across the middle) and a view of the lake. It provides a quiet space for reading, board games, cozy fireside gatherings. (There is an extra fee for more than 4 quests.)

The kitchen faces east, capturing the morning sunrise. It overlooks the cottages "fabulous deck", surrounded by tall pine & oak trees and lovely garden flowers. Guests of "A Summer Place" spend a great deal of their time --from morning coffee to evening cocktails, enjoying the cottages'''''''''''''''' fabulous deck --Where does the time go? The deck has both shade and sun and heavenly southern breezes.

Deck amenities include a patio table and chairs, a surround bench, garden flowers, a charcoal grill and is perfect for family and social gatherings. Guests of "A Summer Place" can also relax on the front lawn and feel the warm southern breeze, listen to the waves crashing on the shoreline and feel the lakeair on your face, THIS IS the "splendor of A Summer Place"!

The front lawn and lower docks give you prime front row seats of the lake and its glorious Islands. Fourth of July fireworks, are set-off from the Island in front of the cottage.

Spectacular sunsets can be viewed from the lakeshores double docks. Guests will have use of a canoe and an outdoor firepit located on our rocky shoreline (perfect during a full moon). A boat slips is reserved for guests. The private drive can accommodate two off-street parking spaces. A sandy beach and boat launch are very close to this cottage, just one-short block along the shoreline. An aluminum canoe and boat lift are available for your use at no extra charge.

The lake is 3,000 square surface acres, 132 feet at the deepest part, and has three islands that you can explore. Fishermen come prepared to catch walleye, northern, yellow trout, sunnies, crappies, large and small-mouth bass, and several other kinds of fish.

The town is one mile away and has twin movie theaters, a 24-hour restaurant, grocery, bakery, video and drug stores, a pizza joint, local pubs, an athletic club, nearby tennis courts, and six antique stores. The Koronis Hills Golf Course is one mile away and features a heavily wooded, 18-hole course -- enjoyed by pro golfers.
