Required Stay: 7 night minimum Sunday to Sunday

Cancellation Policy: Refund Policy If you will not be able to maintain your reservation, we require no less than 6 months notification (if booking in season and less then 2 weeks prior to arrival a credit card is required). Cancellation is subject to the terms of the Short Term Lease. A 10% fee will be withheld on all refunds/deposits. No refunds after April 1 (for Summer and Fall) The lease will only be in one persons name.

Authorized signer must be 25 years and over. All family members overnighting in the home will need to be listed.

Please Note: Sharing is not accepted. We will allow a rental by more the one family on special occassion. Please contact us for details.

Deposits: A $1000.00 deposit is due within five days of getting the lease. Final payment must be provided no later then April 1st. No refunds after April 1st. Please see our lease for details.

Other Fees: Please Note: $200.00 will be deducted from your security deposit for cleaning company.

Other Policies: Beach Information: Beach passes will be supplied for renter (Any additional passes will be on your own and can be purchased on Washington Ave. 12 Beach Passes are included with your rental) Property Management is not responsible for any personal possessions lost and or stolen, any injury beyond the normal scope within the property, injury sustained while swimming and or engaging in water sports, etc., or while at the beach. Upon check-out guests are expected to: Remove all bed linens, comforters and coverings from all beds. Remove all waste materials from all garbage cans and place in proper garbage receptacles outside. Clean and store all dishes, utensils, etc. Floors must be swept or vaccumed. Extensive cleaning needed by property management may require additional charges. Vacate premises leaving it in a neat and tidy condition. Check out time is 11:00 AM on Sunday- Check in is 3:00 PM Security deposit will be return after 30 days.
