This spacious house is available from $2000-$5500 per week in season. We ask for a $2000.00 security deposit which will be promptly returned after 30 days.

July and August Rentals $5500.00 per week with 8 Beach Passes

The rental period is a full seven nights, from Sunday to Sunday.

Check-in time is 3:00pm on Sunday (keys will not be given out prior to check-in time).

Incoming guests will greatly appreciate your courteous observance of the 11:00am check-out time. A $200 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security.

The neighborhood is residential. This home lies just 100 yards west of Bradshaw Beach, Our private beach has lifeguards and beach passes are required. (8 beach pases are included witht he rental) Four blocks to the north is the start of the Point Pleasant Boardwalk, filled with shops, eateries, and amusements. Other attractions nearby include golf, fishing, health facilities, and restaurants.
