This beautiful fully air conditioned 6 br, 5 ba ranch home is located in a cul-de-sac in the exclusive Enclave area of Emerald Island Resort and the extra large lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy. The bedrooms consist of two king bedrooms, two queen bedrooms, and each have their own full bathroom. The two king-size bedrooms have oversized soaking tubs and large walk-in showers. The two queen-size bedrooms have a combination bath and shower. The two twin bedrooms share an additional full bathroom. All bedrooms have TV�s and clock radios. For your comfort, all beds have upgraded mattresses. The living room has a sofa sleeper. We can accommodate 14 guests. All linens and towels are provided. There is a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, washer and dryer.

The heated 15 x 30 ft. pool and spa has an oversized deck with a covered lanai, lots of lounge chairs, and 2 tables. There is a child safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fully screened.

The air conditioned game room includes a foosball table and a full-size billiards table to keep the kids happy. There are also games, DVD�s, books and Legos for the kids. We have two strollers, a high chair and a pack n play for the babies. We also have two Play Station 2 players with an assortment of games. There are a total of 7 TV�s, 4 DVD�s and 1 VCR in the house. Free unlimited long distance phone calls to Us Canada and most of Western Europe. Free wifi access, bring your laptop.

The house is located within 3 miles to Disney, and there are many attractions, shopping and restaurants close by.

The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to our guests. The 4,000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volley ball and tennis courts, a sauna, computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, and a childrens play area.

The Clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community.
