House has a large 19x36 living/open kitchen with bar, firplace in living room,with wall of windows facing Gulf. Master bedroom is 19x13 with bath. All new bamboo floors up, mexican tile downstairs. downstairs has 2 guest suites with laundry and two car garage with access out to large patio and tiki bar facing the beach. 8x32 deck across front of house, great for grilling and dining while the sun sets. From the deck you have fabulous long views up the beach and out to the gulf. This is Paradise..........

Englewood beach is Manasota Key. From the house it is an easy 1000 foot walk up the beach to several great restaurants, the Circle K convenience store, and beach shops, as well as a couple of bars, pizza place and a few other businesses, as well as a fresh fish market. Nothing better than grabbin some fresh crab claws,bring em back,cook em up and crack em while you are watchin the sunset.
