Fantastic relaxing villa new built on 2004 with sea view, 100 meters from lovely and unspoilt white sandy beach, but the very private and quiet property zone ( 3000 mq ) start at 5 meters from the beach with a useful electronic remote controled gate. The structure has also the benefit of private garden. The structure (with totally 6 bedrooms + 4 bathrooms + 2 diningrooms + 2 kitchen and separate gardens + parking) is divided into two floors for 2 chalets available (each one has 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms + kitchen and diningrooms) surrounded by eucaliptus trees and very typical mediterranean macchia - the first level with sea view,veranda, terrace, garden, private parking outside and the ground level with a very partial sea view, a patio, a porch, a private garage indoor and outside, a private garden with barbecue. Each chalet has a private,separate and indipendent door, a separate garden and parking.
La maison - près de 100 mt de la plage - est partagée en deux differents niveaux/chalets( premier niveau avec vue de la mer)avec ses propres entrées dont chacun chalet est composé par 3 chambres à dormir, salon,deux salles de bain, cuisine, jardin, parking, terrance et veranda (ou patio). Entourée par une mer merveilleurse de blanche sable et riche d'un environnement naturel d'une extreme variété et beauté, Solanas, dans la cote sud orientale de l'Ile appairait à votre entrée comme dans un paradis naturel accueillant du chalereuse hospitalité de ses habitants.

The villa - 30 km far from Cagliari, Sardinian capital - in a very relaxing area surrounded by eucaliptus trees and mediterranean macchia, in the most beautiful and relaxing site of south Sardinia , is composed by 2 chalets with separate doors for 6 people each one and surrounded by 3000 mq private property starting at 5 meters from the beach with a useful remote conntroled gate. The houses are located in Solanas, a lovely village situated halfway between Cagliari (South Sardinia)taking the Villasimius road - in the provincial 17th road (5 km from Torre delle stelle).You can find here - at 500 mt from the house - 3 restaurants, 2 pizzerias, 2 hotels, 3 markets, newspapers kiosk, service-station attendant, pharmacy, beach services (surf & nautical transports rental),typical sardinian shop market.

Dayly bus from the touristic village of Solanas to Cagliari. Possibility to ask for transfer from the airport to the accomodation and rent the car in site ( rent-a-car service)
