Description

"The Contemporary Castle" is a spacious oceanfront home situated among rolling sand dunes covered with native sea oats, located just five miles south of the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. The panoramic ocean views are endless and the sunrises are indeed spectacular!

The residence offers vast open areas with vaulted ceilings and Hunter ceiling fans throughout. There are two master suites...the first floor suite provides a kitchenette and bath with jetted tub...the second-floor master suite has a private balcony/sundeck overlooking the Atlantic as well as a private bath with skylight.

The spacious oceanside greatroom leads out to a 16'''' X 28'''' sundeck with endless views of the ocean. Inside, the airy greatroom provides the guests with buttery-soft leather sofas and a Sony big-screen television with DVD player. Adjacent is the large diningroom with its glass atrium offering southern views of the Atlantic. Next, you enter the newly remodeled kichen with custom blue-pearl granite countertops and custom knotty pine cabinetry.

The enormous garage/gameroom is equipped with a Valley billiard table as well as a Kettler ping-pong table and several couches and tables...there''''s also an additional refrigerator and freezer for refreshments. Outside the first floor, at dune level, is a shaded deck from which it''''s just a short walk to Sandbridge''''s beautiful five-mile long beach.
