PH Estate is a unique Banquet Hall rental and Center available for special occasions, Reunion, Showers, Graduations, Sweet Sixteen, School re-union, Corporate Functions and any Private Parties and Special Events; Specially perfect Engagements and Rehearsal Dinners and for small Weddings for 100-150 guests.

The private setting accomodates both outdoor and indoor events. It�s truly one of a kind place in that it allows you to design your own event. Bring your own ideas, decorate your own way and even bring your own caterer. We recommend a select group of outside caterers which you can choose to make your event fit within your tastes. P&H Estate is made available to you at very affordable rates for Banquet Hall Rental.

PH BAnquest Hall is located within 5 minutes to the NJ Great Adventure, less than 5 minutes to Premium Outlet Malls, minutes to top-rated trails for hiking, cycling, horseback riding and less than 30� to most NJ sandy beaches.

EVENT RATES:
$1800 - In-door Hall Rental.
Includes the entire First Floor, Cocktail room, Buffet room and seat down dinner room, and indoor or outdoor patio & Grounds.
$2500 - In-door and Tented Outdoor
a) 30 X 30 White Wedding Tent
b) Tables and chairs for 100 guests for dinner
c) Tables and chairs for 100 guests for indoor cocktail
d) 12 ft Banquet table (skirted for Buffet)
e) Cake table
f) 15 X 15 dance floor

Separate party package available at low cost service price:
Bars, Cooler, ice machine, Chaffers, Server,
Place settings.

ALL RATES DO NOT INCLUDE CATERING. You can have your own caterer; Or you can review our recommended caterers to select from if you wish.
