$245/night for 2 people at "special rate". Regular $350/night $50/night extra for each person over two Check-Out Cleaning Fee $200 for a couple, $300 for 3 to 5 persons and $350 for larger groups. $350 refundable security deposit for 2 persons and $100 additional for each person over 2 (refunded within 14 days after departure)
