Superbly located in a nice sub division this 4 bed 2 bathroom Florida villa has all the comforts of home and is ideally located to enjoy your stay in Orlando, Florida the Sunshine State.
The community boasts it's own golf course, community swimming pool, basketball, tennis courts and other facilities as well as access to Lake Davenport which is an excellent fishing lake with a long fishing pier and boat launch ramp
Close to all major highways and a short and straight forward route to Disney's parks. The home is fully equipped and comfortably furnished. Master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom that can also accessed from the lovely screened in and private pool deck area.
Two living areas, Dining area, Breakfast bar, Open plan layout, Full size kitchen with all the appliances you will need, fridge, freezer, icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, full size stove, microwave, blender, toaster, ample cupboard space, pots and pans, cutlery, dishware etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer, iron and ironing board at the home.
This Disney area home is further equipped with color TV's etc. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, bedroom 2 has a full size double bed and bedrooms 3 and 4 have two twin (single) beds in each. All bedrooms have ample closet and drawer space. There is also a double sleeper sofa to accommodate those extra guests.
The main feature of the villa is the lovely secluded pool area which is not overlooked. The pool deck is a nice size and is furnished with sun loungers and table and chairs. It has the added bonus of a nice size shady lanai area which is ideal for some respite from the midday Florida sun or taking cover from the occasional tropical downpour !!!
There are local supermarkets, (Publix, Winn Dixie, Super Wal-Mart) all nearby as well as banks, churches, post office, restaurants, fast food, liquor stores, gas stations etc.
The sub division is well tended and in the perfect location for your stress free visit to Orlando, Florida the vacation capital of the world !!
