Both living areas are very nicely furnished. The main living room has a large screen TV with surround sound system, DVD player, stereo and CD player. The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped as is the rest of the home and overlooks the large pool deck area. There is a formal dining area as well as a breakfast table area. Also on the ground floor of thisstunning Disney area villa there is a queen size bedroom with beautiful furnishings TV and DVD player. There is one of 4 bathrooms adjacent to the bedroom. A separate utility room housing an oversize washing machine and dryer. This spectacular Orlando villa also a games room on this floor boasting a pool table, soft darts, and an air hockey table. Patio doors lead out to the large block paved pool deck area which also has a shady lanai for protection if the sun gets too hot. The complete pool area is enclosed with screening that helps keep out the bugs but allows the sun to shine through. There is ample poolside furniture and tables etc. The pool has a nice outlook to the rear and there is a spa to relax in to ease those aching joints after an active day at the parks!!
